The Yealink MVC640-C4 Medium Room Video Conference Kit is a complete collaboration solution designed to deliver reliable communication in Business and Professional meeting environments. Combining advanced video capture, intelligent audio processing, and a dedicated control interface, this Yealink system creates a powerful Conference platform for medium sized meeting rooms. The integrated components work together to provide clear video, responsive control, and efficient meeting management.
At the center of the system is the Yealink UVC84 4K camera featuring 12x optical zoom, 3x digital zoom, and mechanical pan tilt and zoom controls. With auto framing technology, the Webcam automatically adjusts the frame to include participants, supporting natural and professional Conference communication during meetings.
Processing is powered by the MCore computing unit with 8th generation Intel quad core i5 processor, equipped with 8GB memory and a 128GB solid state drive. The system provides dual HDMI video outputs with CEC support, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, and multiple USB ports, creating a centralized PC hub that connects the entire Yealink Conference Kit.
Meeting control is handled through the MTouch II controller with 8 inch IPS touchscreen, offering 1280 x 800 resolution, 10 point capacitive touch, and a human motion sensor. Wired and wireless content sharing is supported through HDMI 2.0 ingest and USB C input, simplifying collaboration during presentations.
Audio clarity is delivered by the MSpeech smart USB speakerphone with 3 MEMS microphone array and 360 degree 20 ft voice pickup range, complemented by the MSpeaker II stereo speaker system with 10W RMS output. The included WPP20 wireless presentation pod enables low latency 1080p sharing with plug and play simplicity. Together these components create a dependable Yealink Professional Business Conference solution.
