The Poly Studio Small Room Kit is a premium, professional video conferencing solution for business environments, combining the intelligent Poly Studio R30 4K UHD video bar with the intuitive GC8 8” touchscreen controller. Designed to simplify collaboration and enhance virtual meetings, this compact video solution delivers an all-in-one experience with advanced camera, microphone, and speaker technology built-in.
At the core is the Poly Studio R30, a USB-connected video bar featuring a 4K ultra-wide camera with Poly DirectorAI technology for smart speaker tracking, presenter framing, and conversation mode. With a 120° field of view and 5x electronic zoom, everyone in the room stays visible. Its multi-microphone array and integrated stereo speaker provide rich, clear audio, while NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies eliminate background distractions for effective business communication.
Paired with the GC8 touchscreen controller, users can manage meetings easily through an 8” HD display with intuitive controls. Launch or join meetings, adjust camera views, and manage content sharing quickly across platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more. A 10-meter high-speed USB cable and HDMI input provide seamless integration in modern conference setups. The GC8 includes a motion sensor and is secured with a Kensington lock.
With support for Windows and Mac, and cloud-based manageability via Poly Lens, this HP (Poly)-compatible conference kit is a certified, business-ready solution for modern meeting spaces where professional collaboration matters.

Delivery and returns without uncertainty
