Mount and accessory choices
Select the condition and mount option before ordering. The New option with the full mount kit includes Neat Bar, HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, UK power cable, table stand, wall mount, screen mount, mount adapter, VESA screws and documentation.
Refurbished options include Neat Bar with the selected mount, USB, HDMI, Ethernet and power cables. The full mount kit applies only to the option explicitly labelled with it.
Setup and compatibility
Requires a compatible laptop, HDMI display, network access and USB-C data cable. Dedicated BYOD setup requires a Neat Pulse account/activation code and applicable Neat Bar BYOD plan. Neat Pad, laptop, display and software subscriptions are not included. The New full-mount-kit option does not include a USB-C data cable.
Dedicated BYOD mode supports one display. Native Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms operation requires a compatible Neat Pad and the relevant licences; this listing is for the bar and accessories listed above. Check current platform support and your room requirements before ordering.

Delivery and returns without uncertainty
Orders are normally processed within one business day and same-day dispatch is attempted where possible. Order by 2pm for the best chance of next-working-day delivery. Timing remains subject to stock location, product preparation, weekends, bank holidays and carrier circumstances.

Technology is protected appropriately for its size, weight and journey.
DPD, FedEx or Royal Mail is selected as appropriate for the order and destination.
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our returns policy.
If your order arrives damaged
Keep the product and all packaging, take clear photographs and contact us as soon as possible. Please do not dispose of packaging or return the item until our team has provided instructions.
If you change your mind
Contact us before returning anything and include the accessories and packaging supplied. Responsibilities and any charges depend on the reason for return, the customer type and the returns policy.
If a fault develops
Have your order number and a clear description of the issue ready. We may complete a remote diagnostic check before confirming the most appropriate next step.
Consumer cancellation and statutory rights are not affected. Business purchases may also be subject to agreed quotation, purchase-order or account terms.
