The Dell Precision 5680 Mobile Workstation combines powerful workstation hardware with a slim, portable design for demanding professional workloads. Its 16-inch Full HD+ 1920 x 1200 IPS display delivers 500 nits brightness, 100% DCI-P3 colour and a 16:10 aspect ratio, giving accurate colour, strong visibility and extra vertical workspace. ComfortView low blue light technology also helps reduce blue light exposure during longer working sessions.
Performance comes from the Intel Core i9-13900H with 14 cores, 20 threads, a 2.6GHz base clock and up to 5.4GHz Turbo. The lower base clock supports more efficient operation and battery power saving during lighter tasks, while Turbo provides extra speed for intensive applications, multitasking and complex projects.
The NVIDIA RTX 3500 Ada 12GB professional GPU accelerates CAD, 3D modelling, rendering, simulation, AI and ray tracing, while ISV certification supports reliable use with professional software. 32GB LPDDR5x memory and a 1TB PCIe Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD provide fast multitasking, application loading and file access.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Thunderbolt, USB-C and HDMI, with support for up to four external displays when the internal screen is disabled or 3 external displays with it enabled. Security and productivity features include a fingerprint reader, smart card reader, SD card reader, Intel vPro and Windows 11 Pro.
The Full HD RGB + IR webcam supports Windows Hello, presence detection and ambient light sensing, with dual-array microphones and quad speakers for clear conferencing. A backlit spill-resistant UK keyboard, haptic touchpad and CNC aluminium body complete a Premium, durable and Portable Laptop weighing approximately 1.9kg.
