The Barco ClickShare Gen 4.0 USB-C Button is designed as an intuitive solution for seamless wireless Presentation and Conference sharing in Business and Professional environments. Compatible with C-5, C-10, CX-20, CX-30, and CX-50 systems across both Gen 1 and Gen 2 models, the Button allows users to Share their Screen and connect to room devices instantly. Within 7 seconds, employees and guests can begin a Meeting, accessing cameras, microphones, speakers, soundbars, and displays without cables or complex setup.
The Button connects through a USB-C interface and is powered directly via USB, requiring no additional drivers or installation. Weighing just 60g and with compact dimensions of 14.6 mm x 59.3 mm x 161.39 mm, it is a Portable solution that ensures convenience across Professional environments. The integrated LED indicator provides a clear status display, turning red when content is being shared. Authentication is secured with WPA2-PSK in stand-alone mode or IEEE 802.1X in network integration mode, ensuring secure connectivity for Business use.
Supporting IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless transmission protocols on 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, the Button delivers reliable connectivity and consistent performance. It is fully compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems, providing flexibility across different Professional devices. The Button also integrates with Smart Meeting Flows in the ClickShare App, guiding users through each stage of a Meeting for more effective Collaboration and control.

Delivery and returns without uncertainty
Orders are normally processed within one business day and same-day dispatch is attempted where possible. Order by 2pm for the best chance of next-working-day delivery. Timing remains subject to stock location, product preparation, weekends, bank holidays and carrier circumstances.
